Responsibilities

• Lead and organize a sub-team of approximately 10 employees to ensure professional collaboration and efficient workflows.
• Review and provide technical assessment of annual financial statements and corporate tax returns for clients of various legal forms.
• Manage complex commercial and tax law issues and provide professional guidance on challenging inquiries.
• Ensure consistent quality standards within the team and continuously improve existing processes.
• Mentor and develop team members by providing feedback and supporting individual professional growth.
• Act as a central interface between staff and senior management.
