Director Product

About the role

The Director Product is responsible for the entire product lifecycle across all SNOCKS Group brands, from initial concept through sourcing and production to warehouse delivery. This role involves setting strategic direction, leading product development and supply chain teams, and maintaining hands-on involvement in supplier management. The position requires a balance of strategic planning and operational execution to ensure scalable and efficient product business.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and assortment strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Steer the development of new products and launches from concept to market.
• Manage supplier relationships, particularly in China and Pakistan, and negotiate terms.
• Oversee the supply chain to ensure stability and efficiency from order to delivery.
• Lead and mentor teams across product development, supply chain, quality management, and ESG.
• Establish scalable structures and workflows for the product division.
• Act as a cross-functional partner to brand, e-commerce, and finance departments.
