About the role
The Tax Advisor will support investment fund practices by providing technical and commercial input on US and EU tax compliance and reporting. This role involves reviewing complex fund structures, managing US tax risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance for private equity investments.
Responsibilities
- Support investment funds practices, advising on corporate tax, AEOI and US tax compliance and reporting matters.
- Provide technically strong, commercially focused input across a broad range of US funds matters.
- Review complex fund structures and ensure compliance with US tax regulations for investment funds and their investors.
- Advise on US tax reporting requirements, including K-1 schedules and investor disclosures.
- Support fund structuring, launches and ongoing operational tax matters.
- Act as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Identify and manage US tax risks and compliance obligations.
- Contribute to process improvement and best practice within the function.
