Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor at NORIT, you will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and coordinating daily corrective and preventive maintenance activities. You will lead a team of mechanics and work planners while collaborating with contractors to ensure a safe and reliable maintenance process. This role involves overseeing technical systems and contributing to maintenance and investment projects within a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and coordinate daily corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, sanitary, and instrumentation systems.
• Lead the team of maintenance mechanics and work planners.
• Coordinate work performed by suppliers and contractors.
• Advise on and control work preparation and the annual preventive maintenance plan in the ERP system.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of maintenance and investment projects, including shutdowns and plant modifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations by contractors.
• Supervise the daily activities of mechanics, suppliers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Technical education at MBO or HBO level
• Over 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in a chemical or petrochemical production environment
