Product Engineer

About the role

As a Product Engineer at RIZM, you will design and ship features from concept to production for an Energy OS used by Europe's largest industrial companies. You will develop AI agents that interact with digital twins, run optimizations, and provide actionable insights to help reindustrialize Europe. This role involves working across the full stack to deliver real impact at industrial sites with short feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Ship user-facing features across Digital Twin, Designer, Operator and Portfolio Manager modules from concept to production.
• Build and deploy AI agents that read digital twins, execute optimizations, and explain plans.
• Implement guardrails, grounding, and evaluations to ensure reliable AI performance.
• Visualize complex simulation outputs including time series, charts, and maps.
• Manage full-stack development including APIs, databases, and optimization service interfaces.
• Maintain reliable data streams from customer IT/OT systems, market data, and public APIs.
