About the role

Cordes Consulting GmbH is a rapidly growing digital agency helping craft businesses attract skilled workers through innovative social media strategies. As a trainee, you will learn the craft of online marketing from the ground up through an intensive internal training program. You will eventually be responsible for creating, managing, and evaluating social media campaigns for clients across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Planning and designing online marketing content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Designing and creating posts and paid advertisements for clients
• Planning and executing social media projects
• Managing and designing social media presence
• Setting up and creating online marketing campaigns
• Supporting the online marketing team in monitoring campaign performance
• Communicating regularly with project management and clients regarding campaigns
