Software Engineer, Engineering Acceleration

About the role

Omnea is seeking a software engineer to join the Engineering Acceleration team within the Platform Engineering department. You will build and operate the tools, infrastructure, and systems that support AI-assisted software development, helping to improve developer productivity and software quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build systems for AI-native software engineering including agent tooling and context management.
• Develop infrastructure that enables engineers and agents to reproduce problems, run applications, and verify changes.
• Build evaluations for agent behavior and test changes to context, tools, and configuration.
• Identify and address engineering bottlenecks to improve development, testing, and delivery friction.
• Lead tooling selection and adoption, including the rollout of an agentic development platform.
• Own systems through technical design, implementation, deployment, and ongoing operation.
