About the role

Vinted Engineering is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to build and own a coherent AI platform that integrates tooling, workflows, and measurement across the organization. You will set the strategy, influence the roadmap, and drive delivery while ensuring AI impact is measurable and visible to leadership. This role requires a leader who can navigate ambiguity, drive cross-functional accountability, and establish a foundation for AI-powered engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Own the cross-Engineering AI adoption strategy, setting outcome targets and driving accountability.
  • Define and build a measurement framework to track AI impact and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Lead the delivery of an AI toolset, including integration into daily workflows and conducting structured trials.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders to transition AI from optional to expected usage.
  • Ensure platform reliability, security, and compliance by setting guardrails with Staff Engineers.
  • Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives, balancing pace and quality while escalating risks to leadership.
