About the role

CentralReach is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure and data-platform connectivity for its autism and IDD care software solutions. The role involves supporting AWS accounts, Linux-based workloads, and Snowflake connectivity while collaborating with engineering and security teams to ensure system reliability and security. You will focus on automation, incident resolution, and maintaining operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, configuration, and daily operations across several AWS accounts and Linux servers.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Kinesis, AWS PrivateLink, and security groups.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents, deployment failures, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain and improve repeatable deployment and operational processes through automation and version-controlled configuration.
• Support secure connectivity to Snowflake accounts, including troubleshooting network paths and endpoint configuration.
• Collaborate with application and data engineering teams to document operational procedures and recovery steps.
