Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for hiring processes and work closely with the talent team. You will bring your personality and values to the role while having the space to test new ideas and actively shape recruiting strategies. You will be supported by a modern, AI-powered tech stack to help you focus on understanding people and finding the best talent matches.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process from hiring kick-off and talent mapping to contract signing.
• Act as a trusted partner for hiring managers, providing market insights to support decision-making.
• Build sustainable talent pools through active sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
• Utilize data and analytics to build pipelines and advise hiring managers.
• Optimize recruiting processes and lead OKR projects to improve candidate experience.
