Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking Infrastructure Engineers to build and maintain the platform that supports their AI research and product teams. You will own the infrastructure, from GPU clusters for model training to cloud platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability for millions of users. This role involves working directly with research and product teams to launch new infrastructure and lead platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run and scale Kubernetes clusters, including GPU clusters for inference and training, across cloud and on-prem.
• Set up compute, networking, permissions and access for other teams as they grow.
• Host and operate the data systems product teams depend on.
• Build the tooling, automations and services that make infrastructure self-serve for the rest of the company, mainly in Python.
• Take on large efforts, such as cluster builds and cloud migrations, and see them through end to end.
