Implementation Consultant, EMEA

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a founding member of the EMEA onboarding function, working with Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams to drive platform adoption. You will deliver the Fieldguide Accelerator program to new customers, ensuring they achieve quick return on investment and value realization. This role involves managing the full implementation lifecycle, from sales handoff to successful adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers through regular engagement from sales handoff to value realization.
• Create and manage implementation plans to track customer goals and progress.
• Cultivate customer champions and increase their platform knowledge.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal Engineering, Product, and Design teams to shape the product roadmap.
• Proactively identify and mitigate success risks with decisive action plans.
• Document customer success metrics, case studies, and value realization over time.
