This role is an entry point into financial consulting for students who want to take on responsibility and work in a performance-oriented environment. You will receive structured onboarding and coaching with a clear path toward a trainee program. The position requires a high level of initiative and a focus on measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Schedule client appointments via phone, network, and leads
• Learn and apply conversation guides, needs assessment, and documentation standards
• Work with KPIs to systematically improve performance and results
• Assist in analyzing client situations and preparing consulting documents
• Manage follow-ups and ensure clear next steps for clients
• Maintain clean processes and consistent documentation
