About the role
As a senior member of the in-house Business Systems team, you will own customer portals and the end-to-end journeys that run through them. You will design solutions that provide outstanding service to investors and IFAs through digital channels, ensuring streamlined UI/UX and robust governance. The role involves setting target architecture, overseeing development, and ensuring systems remain safe and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Research investor and IFA needs to develop a portal roadmap with clear priorities.
- Provide solution design and decisioning across the product suite while upholding security and regulatory requirements.
- Set development and delivery standards and provide technical assurance over partner builds.
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of customer and colleague journeys, including onboarding and servicing.
- Own UI/UX decisions and involve stakeholders in pilots and feedback loops.
- Build proofs of concept and prototypes to demonstrate new features and guide the development team.
