Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

As a senior member of the Business Systems team, you will own customer portals and the end-to-end journeys that run through them. You will design solutions that provide outstanding service to investors and IFAs through digital channels, ensuring streamlined UI/UX and robust governance. The role involves setting target architecture, overseeing development partners, and ensuring systems remain safe and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Research investor and IFA needs to develop a portal roadmap with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Provide solution design and decisioning across the product suite while upholding data protection and security requirements.
• Set and uphold development and delivery standards, mentoring the in-house team and providing technical assurance over delivery partners.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of customer and colleague journeys, including onboarding and servicing.
• Own UI/UX decisions for portals and involve stakeholders in pilots and feedback loops.
• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy and monitor system performance, availability, and accessibility.
