AI Creative Strategist

About the role

The AI Creative Strategist will build and manage systems for automated, AI-driven content production to scale high-performing advertising creatives. This role acts as an interface between content, AI, performance marketing, and product teams to translate operational requirements into scalable workflows. You will leverage various AI tools to generate diverse creative variants, landing pages, and video assets while ensuring brand consistency and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage AI-driven systems to produce sets of creative variants including hooks, formats, and cutdowns.
• Collaborate with the product team to design and refine the internal AI-creative stack and workflows.
• Automate the creation and iteration of paid social content, videos, and landing pages.
• Analyze performance data such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS to inform creative hypotheses and iterations.
• Design the UX/UI of internal AI tools to ensure intuitive team usage.
• Continuously monitor the AI market to integrate new tools and technologies that improve existing processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in content, creative, AI, automation, or a comparable digital environment
