Member of Technical Staff — Full-Stack

About the role

Remanence is building intelligent systems that learn from real-world execution to transform complex enterprise workflows. As a Member of Technical Staff, you will build the web application, APIs, SDKs, and backend services that allow researchers and customers to interact with AI agents. Your goal is to translate complex research capabilities into an intuitive, reliable platform.

Responsibilities

• Build interfaces for exploring agent traces, creating environments, and comparing evaluations.
• Develop APIs and SDKs to connect customer agents, tools, and data to the platform.
• Build backend workflows for sandboxed agent sessions, evaluations, and training jobs.
• Implement platform foundations including authentication, permissions, and audit trails.
• Own features from prototype to production, incorporating feedback from researchers and customers.
• Manage services in production, including testing, observability, performance, and on-call duties.
