Senior Product Manager

About the role

Juro is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the contract workflow area of their platform, focusing on the complex process of drafting and redlining legal documents. You will be responsible for shipping against a roadmap while forming your own view of customer needs through direct engagement. This role requires a hands-on approach to product development, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ship against the contract workflow roadmap in your first few weeks.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their needs and jobs to be done.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to develop and refine product features.
• Define what constitutes quality for agentic flows and hold engineering teams accountable to those standards.
• Measure the impact of product releases and iterate or pivot based on performance data.
