Senior Web Engineer (React)

About the role

Qonto is looking for a Web Engineer to join their product engineering department and craft web applications for European SMEs. You will work within a squad team to build customer-facing features and contribute to the company's design system. The role emphasizes an AI-first approach to development and requires a focus on quality, collaboration, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Craft new features for customers within a squad team, owning quality from design to production.
• Grow in technical leadership by leading design discussions and contributing to guild-wide improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and other tech stacks to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work AI-first by using AI tools to explore the codebase, draft designs, and prototype solutions while maintaining human judgment.
