AI Enablement Lead

About the role

The AI Enablement Lead will drive AI adoption and productivity across Unity by upskilling staff and reimagining workflows. This role bridges the gap between technology and people, reporting to both the Chief People Officer and Chief AI Officer to build operational muscle for AI integration. The successful candidate will personally build prototypes, manage AI tooling, and ensure ethical compliance while fostering a culture of practical AI use.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive practical AI upskilling across client-facing and enablement teams.
• Identify and implement automation to maximize the value of existing AI tools.
• Redesign roles and workflows to adapt to AI-driven processes and team structures.
• Implement and monitor AI governance, policies, and guardrails for safe and ethical use.
• Build and ship prototypes and smaller tools using the latest AI capabilities.
• Manage the AI tooling estate, including vendor relationships and tool selection.
• Establish KPIs to measure AI adoption, automation impact, and ROI.
