About the role
NYALA is seeking a student to support the legal and compliance team in developing their blockchain-based financial product offerings. The role involves applying regulatory frameworks, communicating with supervisory authorities, and actively participating in the legislative process regarding blockchain technology. You will work directly with the Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance, and Risk Officer to manage operational tasks and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Apply regulatory frameworks such as eWpG, eWpRV, KWG, and GwG to company products
- Communicate with supervisory authorities and contribute to legislative consultations
- Prepare decision-ready documents and manage deadlines and follow-ups
- Create reports for company executives and maintain key performance indicators
- Update internal guidelines, manuals, and work instructions
- Support annual and special audits
