About the role

The Account Director, Maritime will support customer engagement for the Dive-XL program in Australia. This role acts as a primary interface between the customer and the product organization, ensuring that operational requirements are integrated into the capability roadmap. You will work across various defense departments to maintain relationships, support capture opportunities, and align program execution with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to engagement across the Royal Australian Navy, NSSG, and Commonwealth departments.
  • Support a disciplined cadence of briefings, forums, and demonstrations for the customer.
  • Act as a principal channel between the customer and Anduril to convey intent and represent capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of employment concepts and CONOPS for autonomous undersea capability.
  • Distil operational analysis and threat assessments into prioritised capability needs for the product roadmap.
  • Support growth paths and responses to Commonwealth approaches to market within the ASDEFCON environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent customer communication and program alignment.
