AI Transformation & Automation Lead

About the role

The AI Transformation & Automation Lead will play a central role in building scalable workflows and intelligent agent solutions. This position bridges technical understanding with business focus to prioritize impactful use cases and drive them from pilot phase to stable company-wide rollout.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an AI tool radar and create cost-benefit analyses.
• Analyze recurring business processes to develop and implement an automation roadmap.
• Design and orchestrate agent applications including RAG, tool use, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ticketing, and knowledge base systems.
• Enable teams through training, playbooks, and prompt templates to foster AI adoption.
• Establish governance, quality standards, and security guidelines for AI usage.
• Measure the success of AI initiatives using KPIs such as time savings and error reduction.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation
• 3 years of practical experience in implementing automations
