Workflow Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner to own our workflow platform end to end, make bold decisions, and ship AI-native automation that transforms how ecosio works. You will be responsible for taking ambiguous workflow problems from initial insight to shipped solutions and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Challenge existing processes, prototype quickly, and drive ideas through to company-wide adoption
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and user needs
• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for internal applications with AI workflows in mind
• Work directly with teams to uncover high-leverage problems and turn them into clear product bets
• Conduct user training sessions and create interactive documentation for clear user enablement and feature adoption
• Analyze usage data to identify optimization opportunities, adoption, and impact
• Collaborate daily with UI/UX designers and engineering teams to prototype, test, and ship high-impact tooling functionality
