Founding Product Engineer

About the role

Pharmlogic is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to work directly with the CEO and founding team to build and scale their compliant data layer for community healthcare. You will own features from conception to rollout, set technical patterns, and ensure software reliability within a clinical context. This role requires a high-velocity engineer who can navigate a full-stack TypeScript environment and thrive in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from problem refinement through architecture, implementation, and rollout.
• Set technical patterns and standards for architecture, quality, and tooling to maintain speed as the team grows.
• Develop software that meets clinical safety standards and NHS assurance requirements.
• Design and build the underlying platform, including NHS integrations and clinical rails.
• Engage directly with pharmacy users to understand their workflows and build intuitive, time-saving tools.
