Senior IT Engineer

About the role

Alan is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to build and manage the internal technology platform that supports their growing international team. You will own critical infrastructure including identity management, endpoint security, and automation to ensure IT operations scale efficiently. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and extend automations for internal provisioning and helpdesk workflows.
• Manage employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access across SaaS tools.
• Oversee endpoint security for the Mac fleet and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and other regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure for healthcare professional tooling and clinic operations.
• Support international expansion by standardizing IT stacks for new markets and acquired entities.
