About the role
Directors at CFGI work closely with C-level management of FTSE 100, mid-cap and start-up companies. They lead project teams and interact with clients and auditors on all aspects of engagements, including report writing, relationship management, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients’ executive team and auditors as a subject matter expert on complex accounting issues.
- Lead client engagement and delivery on operational due diligence for complex transactions such as IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Drive client deliverables of financial and regulatory information in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on projects related to new accounting standards.
- Lead process improvement projects and implementation of changes.
- Mentor senior managers, managers, and consultants to foster professional growth.
- Lead firm initiatives and participate in recruiting and business development efforts.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting
