About the role

As a working student in information security, you will support audits, security processes, and IT security projects. You will gain insights into various facets of information security, ranging from ISO 27001 and emergency management to modern security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of audits, information security forums, and emergency exercises.
• Maintaining security processes and rules to ensure they are clear and up to date.
• Developing an understanding of ISMS operations and relevant influencing factors.
• Participating in projects ranging from research to prototyping for AI in IT security, Zero Trust, and cloud security.
• Processing and reviewing central security information for continuous improvement processes.
• Assisting in the updating of emergency plans, security guidelines, and operating manuals.
