About the role
As a Senior Implementation Specialist at Karbon, you will serve as a trusted guide for enterprise customers, leading them through onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training. You will act as a project manager, consultant, and change management coach to ensure customers achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer implementation journey by building and maintaining detailed project plans and tracking milestones.
- Communicate across multiple stakeholders including executive sponsors and end users to align priorities and drive accountability.
- Facilitate structured onboarding through kickoff meetings, consultative process reviews, configuration workshops, and training sessions.
- Provide professional guidance on workflow design, firm operations, and change management to maximize adoption.
- Coach firms through change management to help teams prepare for new processes and manage resistance.
- Ensure data integrity by supporting customers in importing contacts and work items using Excel and other tools.
- Identify and mitigate risks by spotting early warning signs of delays or adoption issues.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
