About the role

The Scrum Master acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. This role involves coaching and mentoring the Scrum team, removing barriers to implementation, and maintaining focus on project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the Scrum team
• Remove barriers to successful implementation
• Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics
