GTM Engineer

About the role

Peec AI is looking for a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the automated systems that drive customer acquisition across Europe. You will be responsible for designing lead enrichment, scoring, and routing workflows to optimize outbound and inbound sales processes. This role requires a technical builder who can manage the GTM tech stack and automate complex data workflows to support a high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM flywheel across outbound, inbound, ABM, and sales workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, and Clearbit
• Design and maintain automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outbound sequences
• Launch 3 to 5 scalable campaigns each month
• Turn website and content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM plays, and AE follow-up workflows
• Own the full GTM tech stack including email deliverability, HubSpot workflows, data cleanliness, and attribution
• Build the documentation and playbooks that make the system repeatable
