GTM Engineer

About the role

Peec AI is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the automated systems that drive customer acquisition across Europe. This role focuses on designing automated enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound workflows to optimize the company's go-to-market strategy. You will own the GTM tech stack and develop scalable processes to support the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM flywheel across outbound, inbound, ABM, and sales workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, and Clearbit
• Design and maintain automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outbound sequences, and launch 3 to 5 scalable campaigns each month
• Turn website and content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM plays, and AE follow-up workflows
• Own the full GTM tech stack including email deliverability, HubSpot workflows, data cleanliness, and attribution
• Build the documentation and playbooks that make the whole system repeatable
