About the role
GENO Broker is building a new digital neo-brokerage offering for the Genossenschaftliche FinanzGruppe, combining start-up dynamics with established financial strength. The Senior Manager Meldewesen will be responsible for establishing and developing the regulatory reporting function. This role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory reporting obligations while acting as a central interface between internal departments and supervisory authorities.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the timely, complete and correct preparation and transmission of regulatory and legal reports to supervisory authorities
- Development and continuous improvement of reporting processes, controls and governance structures for a growing financial institution
- Interpretation of new regulatory requirements and derivation and implementation of necessary adjustments in the reporting system
- Ensuring high data quality and coordination with Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT and external service providers
- Acting as a contact person for auditors, internal control functions and supervisory authorities

Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in regulatory or financial reporting within a bank, broker, FinTech, or financial services provider
