About the role

The Senior Projektsteuerer will manage complex construction projects, overseeing schedules, costs, and quality throughout various project phases. This role involves coordinating between stakeholders, ensuring transparent documentation, and representing project leadership in meetings. The successful candidate will work within an interdisciplinary team to drive project success from planning through to execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, costs, and quality for complex construction projects.
• Coordinate requirements between users, clients, and project participants.
• Create and monitor project schedules, organizational plans, and payment schedules.
• Ensure structured communication and transparent documentation across all project phases.
• Manage approval processes and coordinate with authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor the performance of planning partners regarding quality and contractual obligations.
• Represent project leadership in meetings and negotiations with clients and partners.
• Conduct regular site visits to support quality assurance during execution.
