Senior/ Lead AI Consultant

About the role

As a Senior/ Lead AI Consultant, you will serve as the backbone of Celonis delivery by leading the hands-on implementation of solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as an AI-augmented delivery professional, directing AI agents to build data models and analyses while applying your own judgment to validate outputs and ensure business relevance. The role focuses on translating customer needs into technical specifications to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business discovery workshops to translate strategic objectives into high-impact use cases
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards
• Build and configure Celonis solutions including data transformations and AI-powered insights
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with customer context
• Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies
• Enable key customer users to use and extend the solution independently
• Document solution design decisions and configurations for future reference and handoff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• 4-7+ years in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting
