Data Scientist - Partner Flow Team

About the role

The Data Scientist will join the Partner Flow team to shape how the company grows through partner platforms using experiments and causal inference. You will own projects from start to finish, working cross-functionally to design experiments, build models, and conduct funnel analysis to support product and commercial decisions. The role involves setting analytical methods for the team and collaborating with other data scientists to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze experiments including A/B tests, quasi-experiments, and lift studies.
• Perform causal inference to evaluate product decisions and business strategies.
• Build and maintain analytical models to support credit decisioning and offer terms.
• Conduct funnel analysis to identify and address customer drop-off points.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical commercial and strategy colleagues.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis pipelines and prototype development.
