About the role

The Lifecycle Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of multiple concurrent transmission line and substation projects. This role is responsible for managing technical, financial, and schedule aspects of projects while developing client relationships and ensuring adherence to corporate standards for safety and quality. The position requires providing senior-level oversight and mentoring project team members within a dynamic utility and power delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of multiple concurrent transmission line and substation projects.
  • Provide senior-level project management oversight for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, procurement, and construction readiness.
  • Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, earned value analysis, and cost control.
  • Lead client engagement and relationship development through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, project controls, procurement, and construction.
  • Establish and maintain project governance practices such as risk registers, decision logs, and change control.
  • Mentor project managers and assistant project managers by sharing best practices and reinforcing accountability.

Qualifications
