About the role

The Senior IT-Administrator will lead the strategic development of workplace IT and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across Ehingen and Ulm locations. The role involves managing system landscapes, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing AI-driven solutions including bot and RAG integrations. You will also be responsible for IT project management and establishing support standards.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche Führung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Workplace IT sowie Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur an unseren Standorten Ehingen (Donau) und Ulm
• Betrieb, Administration und Pflege unserer Systemlandschaften
• Eigenständige Analyse komplexerer Störungen, Ursachenfindung und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
• Betrieb, Monitoring und API-Management von Anthropic, OpenAI & Co. inkl. Kosten- und Zugriffskontrolle
• Implementierung, Wartung und Integration produktiver Bot-, Agenten- und RAG-Lösungen (Azure AI Foundry) in die Unternehmens-IT
• Sicherer, DSGVO-konformer KI-Einsatz sowie Beratung und Schulung der Fachbereiche
• Durchführung von IT-Projekten und Erstellung von Standards und Prozessen im Support

Qualifications
