Governance, Risk & Compliance Senior Consultant

About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead complex projects focused on building and optimizing corporate governance systems, including Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and internal control systems. This role involves conducting risk and process analyses, designing automated controls, and developing AI use cases for clients. You will also act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, manage workshops, and support business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects for the development of corporate governance systems
• Conduct methodological risk and process analyses and derive actionable recommendations
• Design automated controls in collaboration with IT and business departments
• Facilitate workshops, lead stakeholder discussions, and create decision-making documents
• Develop and implement customized AI use cases for corporate environments
• Advise on the development of robust emergency and crisis management plans
• Manage the end-to-end acquisition process from proposal creation to contract closing

Qualifications

• University degree
