About the role

The Managing Director will lead a specialized finance and BI company, balancing strategic leadership with active project involvement. This role involves overseeing business development, managing client relationships, and providing expert guidance on financial planning, reporting, and consolidation solutions. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence while coaching the team and shaping the company's market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategically and operationally develop the company alongside the existing team, including active project participation.
• Hold overall responsibility for client projects in finance, reporting, corporate planning, and consolidation.
• Advise clients at the management level on business processes, data-driven solutions, and operational issues.
• Manage complex projects from conception to implementation, including hands-on work and steering.
• Steer and develop client relationships while supporting presales and pitch activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to ensure operational excellence and strategic goal achievement.

Qualifications
